Xming Page One Early Bird Campaign Terms and Conditions

The Xming Page One Early Bird Campaign (the "Campaign") is organized by Formovie Tech Co., Ltd. ("Formovie") and is subject to the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility: The Campaign is open to all individuals who are at least 18 years old.

2. Campaign Period: The Campaign will start on October 30th at 00:00 a.m. (PDT) and will end on December 14th at 00:00 a.m. (PDT). Formovie reserves the right to amend the Campaign Period with or without prior notice.

3. Participation: To participate in the Campaign, individuals must fulfill the following requirements:

a. Subscribe to the Formovie website during the Campaign Period to ensure you receive our invitation once the product is available online. Otherwise, we will consider your successful order as a default subscription.

b. Complete the payment for the Page One Early Bird Coupon with $1 during the Campaign Period.

c. Provide accurate and valid contact information as needed.

4. Early Bird Benefit: Participants who fulfill the requirements stated in clause 3 will be eligible to receive an early bird benefit which can be used one day earlier than the launch date December 15th. The early bird benefit includes a $100 OFF discount code on the launch date price. The early bird benefit is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other products or services.

5. Coupon Redemption: Participants will receive a unique coupon code via email. The coupon code can be redeemed during the purchase process on the Formovie website to avail the $100 OFF discount. The coupon code can be used only once and expires on December 31st.

6. Product Availability: Formovie reserves the right to modify or cancel the Campaign and the early bird benefit in the event of unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to, product unavailability, technical issues, or any other factors beyond our control.

7. General Conditions:

a. By participating in the Campaign, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

b. Participants consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of their personal information by Formovie for the purposes of the Campaign.

c. Formovie reserves the right to disqualify participants who violate any of these terms and conditions or tamper with the Campaign process.

d. Formovie reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.8. Limitation of Liability: Formovie is not responsible for any lost, late, incomplete, incorrect, or invalid entries. Formovie is also not liable for any damages or losses arising from the use or inability to use the product or early bird benefit.
