For Formovie's shipping policy, please read the following regulations carefully and pay extra attention to any bold, slashed or red marked areas.
Regions and Dates
Formovie supports addresses in most major regions of Asia, Europe and North America. After you complete your payment, it will take 1-3 business days to process your order before shipping begins. In the case of products ordered during crowdfunding, pre-sales or other special events, the shipping date is based on that presented in the event.
Formovie has set up local warehouses in some areas so you can receive your package quickly, usually in 2-10 business days. The following regions currently have local warehouses: USA, Canada, UK and EU (the following European countries can be covered)：
Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Republic of Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Spain, Sweden.
If your address is not in one of the above areas, then your package will be shipped from China. Shipping usually takes 5-25 business days depending on your location. Feel free to contact Formovie's customer service firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss the feasibility of shipping options.
If your address is on a small island overseas in the United States, such as Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, Virgin Islands and Samoa, as well as overseas departments of European countries such as Réunion, Martinique, Canary Islands, etc., additional shipping charges and taxes may apply, and shipping times may be extended.
Because of COVID-19, packages may have delayed or extended transit times.
We are unable to ship to PO Box and military addresses.
The shipping cost of your order will be shown to you on the checkout page of your order. Whether or not you receive free shipping depends on the product you purchased, your country, and your specific address.
Although very rare, Formovie may request supplemental shipping charges from you after you have taken advantage of free shipping or have paid for shipping, including but not limited to the following situations：
- When the local warehouse is out of stock, but you request that shipping begin immediately and Formovie needs to ship from another region
- Changes in international or regional situations cause carriers to charge high shipping costs
- Your address is in a remote area of your country (ex: mountains areas or islands)
- Carriers require additional surcharges for your address
When these situations arise, Formovie's customer service specialists will contact you before shipping begins and you have the option to pay the fee or cancel your order.
If your package is not shipped from a local warehouse, then duties and additional charges may apply. Formovie is not responsible for any duties and other taxes, and it’s the buyer who is responsible for import taxes.
Formovie may cancel your order without cause prior to the start of shipping, but we will explain the reason to you.
If you purchase two or more products on the site, your package may be shipped in two or more packages from different warehouses or different locations, which means you may not receive them at the same time.
You may contact Formovie to modify or cancel your order before it begins shipping. Once an order has shipped, Formovie does not accept any changes. Shipping charges are not refundable under any circumstances.
If you request a change in the shipping address of your order, we may ask you to present a document that proves your identity.
Once your order has begun shipping, we will notify you of the carrier and its tracking number that you can use to track your package.
When the package is received, please confirm that there is no shipping damage before you sign for it. For the loss and damage of the package in transit, please report to the shipping company and ask for compensation. We will actively provide you with assistance.
